not long now...

So it's not long now until our afternoon tea -

Sunday May 20th 2-4pm @ RW Stone Pavilion

This little Project - Our Somers Project - has been thrown out there and the response and interest has been both amazing and heartening. People are excited about what we are doing and want to be involved, we have had recipes emailed, visited homes to watch tasty treats been cooked and have been invited yabbie catching, mushroom hunting, whiting fishing and to participate in the cooking of traditional family favourites. 

On Sunday May the 20th we hope that anybody who's interested in what we are up to may come along to meet us, have a cuppa, enjoy some afternoon tea and to let us know how they would like to be involved. 

Involvement can be as simple as passing us a recipe that you would like to be included or to let us know when you are preparing it yourself and we will come to you - for photography, not for dinner!

This is a community project that we hope will bring Somers together to create a keepsake book of collected treasured recipes - the profits from the sales of which will go back towards support Somers community groups.
